If you don’t have a tree full of Easter Eggs like this fella, try the recipe below for some yummy, healthy treats.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roughly chopped cocao butter
- ½ cup raw cocao powder
- 4 TBSP rice syrup or honey
- ½ tsp Natural Vanilla
- The recipe said to add a pinch of salt but I didn’t put any in and it still tasted good.
Directions:
Melt butter, take off heat and stir in syrup, powder and vanilla. (And whatever other fruit etc you want in it) Goji berries are delicious, I’m going to try it with freeze dried blueberries next!!
Put in molds and put in the freezer to harden.
I made mine with only 1 or 2 TBSP of rice syrup but next time I’d make it with the full amount because I think it did need to be a little bit sweeter.
