(How mouth watering is that photo!)


500g of chicken or pork mince (which ever you prefer)

2 – 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 knob of ginger, Peeled and finely grated

2 red chilli’s, finely chopped. Seeds included if you like it hot

1 bunch of coriander including stalks, chopped

4 spring onions, finely sliced

Good pinch of salt

1 packet of wonton wrappers (Available from the fridge section of the supermarket)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Using your hands works best
  2. Lay out your wonton wrappers flat on the bench
  3. Place a tablespoon of mince mixture onto each of the wonton wrappers
  4. Using a pastry brush, wet all four sides of each wonton wrapper
  5. Pull all four of the sides up of each wrapper, making a pyramid shape. Squash the sides together to seal  them
  6. Steam or fry for around 4 minutes
  7. Serve with soy sauce or your favourite dipping sauce
  8. ENJOY!
